Day by day
Pickup at Srinagar airport. Afternoon at Nishat and Shalimar Bagh, then a shikara across Dal Lake at sunset to your houseboat.
An early shikara to the floating vegetable market. Later, the old city on foot: Khanqah-e-Moula on the Jhelum, Jamia Masjid and the papier-mâché and walnut-wood workshops. Hazratbal in the afternoon.
The smallest Mughal garden and the terraces of Pari Mahal above the lake, then the airport.
We list exclusions plainly rather than burying them. If something here matters to you, ask — most can be added to the quote.
Before you book
Yes, with one more night: Gulmarg is a comfortable day trip from Srinagar.
Yes. Srinagar is reachable all year, and the old city and the lake are beautiful in snow. Houseboats have heating; tell us if you would rather stay in a hotel throughout.
