Every single night ends in a comfortable 3★ or 4★ hotel bed. The coach stops before sunset each evening.
The Volvo coach features an onboard Western bio-toilet, eliminating any stressful emergency highway stops.
A Toyota Innova Crysta shadow vehicle accompanies the bus for luggage management, medical errands, or private hospital runs.
Onboard freezer keeps insulin and critical medications chilled. Pure vegetarian, Jain, and Halal dining is strictly catered.
Critical Indian Visa Advisory for Foreign Tourists & Overseas Citizens
Important: Foreign nationals must apply for the 1-Year or 5-Year multiple-entry Indian e-Tourist Visa (which allows continuous stays of up to 90 or 180 days per visit).

Before you book
Questions on this itinerary.
Is this 41-day trip physically manageable for senior citizens?
Yes, absolutely. The itinerary was specifically engineered with senior welfare as priority #1: (1) Zero overnight travel — every single night is spent in a premium hotel bed; (2) The Volvo coach has an attached western toilet so nobody needs to wait for highway halts; (3) Three full dedicated rest and leisure days (Corbett, Daman, Munnar); (4) A backup Toyota Innova accompanies the coach for any passenger needing a private breather or hospital run; (5) An onboard freezer keeps insulin and critical medications cold.
What Indian visa is required for foreign tourists and overseas citizens?
Foreign passport holders MUST apply for the 1-Year or 5-Year multiple-entry Indian e-Tourist Visa (which allows continuous stays of up to 90 or 180 days per visit). DO NOT apply for the 30-day e-Visa, as this trip is 41 days long! Indian passport holders and OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) cardholders travel visa-free with standard domestic identity verification.
Can I book individual legs of the trip if I cannot take 41 days off?
Yes! We offer 3 modular hop-on legs: (1) North Leg: Srinagar to Jaipur (16 Nights / 17 Days); (2) West Leg: Jaipur to Goa (15 Nights / 16 Days); (3) South Leg: Goa to Kanyakumari (10 Nights / 11 Days). You can join or depart at these major interchange cities with international airport connections.
What are the dietary arrangements for pure vegetarian, Jain, or Halal travellers?
All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, evening tea) are included. We cater to all dietary needs: 100% Halal dining is standard in Kashmir and across Muslim-friendly stops, while separate pure vegetarian and strict Jain meals (no onion, garlic, or root vegetables) are freshly prepared at partner hotel kitchens.
How does payment work and are there installment / EMI options?
You can reserve your seat with an advance deposit of 20%. The remaining balance can be paid in scheduled monthly instalments before departure or financed through convenient credit card EMIs. We accept domestic UPI, NEFT/RTGS, and international credit cards / SWIFT bank wires in USD, GBP, EUR, or AED.
What is the luggage allowance on the Volvo coach?
Each passenger is allowed one full-sized trolley suitcase (up to 25 kg) stored in the spacious lower luggage bay of the Volvo coach, plus one small cabin bag or backpack for daily essentials inside the bus.
What happens if someone falls ill during the journey?
Every passenger is covered by comprehensive travel and emergency medical insurance. The expedition includes medical first-aid support, and our dedicated backup Innova vehicle allows immediate transfer to the nearest multi-specialty hospital without stopping the rest of the group.
Who are the trip leaders guiding this journey?
The journey is personally led by Shahid (Founder of Falcon Trails & Co-Founder of Chasing Horizons), a veteran travel technologist and mountain expedition leader, alongside KPU Farook (Founder of Saafar Group, Kerala), Owais (Operations & Logistics Lead), and Faisal (Guest Wellbeing Support).
