How it works
Apply, talk to us, then sign online.
- 1. Apply here. A few details about your business; it takes two minutes.
- 2. We get in touch. We call or WhatsApp you to understand what you offer and agree rates.
- 3. Sign online. You get a link to fill in business and bank details, upload documents and sign the supplier agreement, in English with a summary in Hindi and Urdu for drivers.
- 4. Verification. We check the documents, and you are ready for bookings.

- J&K Tourism registration certificate
- PAN card
- Cancelled cheque or bank passbook page
- GST certificate, if registered
Taxi, tempo and coach operators
- Registration certificate (RC) of each vehicle
- Tourist permit and passenger insurance
- Driving licence of each driver
- PAN card and a cancelled cheque
Guides, activities and other services
- Licence or registration for the service, where one applies
- PAN card
- Cancelled cheque or bank passbook page
Our guests deal with us, and we pay suppliers the agreed rates on the agreed terms. The agreement sets out both sides’ duties in plain language, and you can read every clause before you sign.

Who can apply?
Hotels, guesthouses, homestays, houseboats, camps, taxi and coach operators, guides, activity operators, restaurants, photographers and event suppliers in Kashmir, Ladakh and Jammu.
What happens after I apply?
We look at the application and call or WhatsApp you. If we can work together, we send a link where you fill in your business and bank details, upload documents and sign the agreement online. We then check the documents before the first booking.
Do I get a copy of the agreement?
Yes. Once you sign, you can download the signed agreement as a PDF from the same link.
