Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah: choose the whole journey

Compare the complete return itinerary from DXB, AUH or SHJ to Srinagar (SXR), including any Indian connection. A cheaper first flight may involve a different airport, separate baggage rules or a longer transfer. Do not assume a nonstop service or a fixed connection time from an advertised route name.

Ask the airline about immigration, baggage collection, terminal changes and protection if the first flight is delayed. With separate tickets, leave additional flexibility and price an overnight stop if needed. Send us your final Srinagar arrival details before arranging airport pickup.

For a short UAE break, arrival and departure times matter as much as the number of nights. Avoid placing a long Pahalgam transfer immediately before an early flight. The final itinerary should identify the last-night location and airport transfer explicitly.

UAE residence and passport nationality are different

A UAE residence permit does not establish eligibility for an Indian visa. Emirati citizens, Indian passport holders, OCI holders and expatriates with other passports may have different requirements. Check the process for the passport you will actually use.

The Indian Consulate in Dubai tourist-visa guidance states that visa validity and entries depend on nationality. Use the official Indian visa portal for the applicable route and current instructions. We do not promise a processing time or approval.

If members of your group hold different passports, check each person individually. Also confirm your documents for returning to the UAE with the relevant authorities and airline before making non-refundable arrangements.

A short escape or a family week?

For Eid or school-holiday travel, give us the precise date window. Tell us whether your priority is gardens, lake time, a honeymoon stay or snow activities. Snow and road access vary; a summer booking is not a promise of snow at a particular stop.

Rooms, meals and comfort requests for your group

Ask for the named hotel and room type rather than relying on a star-category label. For children or grandparents, confirm bed setup, lift or stair access, heating or cooling arrangements, meal timings and how far the vehicle can reach the entrance.

List halal requirements, vegetarian meals, allergies and prayer breaks in the enquiry. Arabic-speaking guides, particular menus and connecting rooms need supplier confirmation; they are not included automatically. A private vehicle gives flexibility, but the agreed route and daily usage still need to appear in the quote.
