What we organise

Why Kashmir works for a company trip

Srinagar has direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and other cities, and a train into the valley from Katra (since June 2025) and Jammu (since May 2026). A group can be at a lakeside hotel within a few hours of leaving the office.

Each season gives a different programme: snow and skiing in Gulmarg from December to March, the Tulip Garden and blossom in spring, green meadows in summer and chinar colour in autumn. Srinagar also has a proper international venue: the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre on the banks of Dal Lake hosted the G20 Tourism Working Group meeting in May 2023.

Where to take a group

How we work with your team

  1. Step 1

    Your brief

Group size, dates or month, departure cities, budget per head and what the trip is for. A rough number is enough to start.

  2. Step 2

    Plan and quote

A day-by-day plan with hotel and venue options and an itemised quote, so your finance team can see exactly what is included.

  3. Step 3

    Confirmations

We hold rooms, venues and vehicles in writing and agree the payment schedule with you.

  4. Step 4

    Before departure

Rooming list, ID details, flight tickets and train PNRs, dietary needs and a printed or WhatsApp itinerary for every traveller.

  5. Step 5

    On the ground

One coordinator travels with or stays close to the group and handles changes, weather and timings.

Practical points for a group

  • Every traveller needs original government photo ID: hotels, checkpoints and the Gulmarg Gondola ask for it.
  • Prepaid SIM cards issued outside Jammu and Kashmir do not work here; postpaid connections do. Hotels have Wi-Fi.
  • Peak weeks (May, June and the New Year week) fill early: plan six to eight weeks ahead, more for large groups.
  • Winter trips need a spare day: snow can hold up flights or mountain roads.
  • We give you a straight answer on safety before every trip. See is Kashmir safe to travel now.

Questions

What people ask us.

What kinds of corporate trips do you organise?+

Offsites and team retreats, incentive trips, dealer meets, conferences and meetings, in Kashmir, Ladakh and Jammu. We also plan educational tours for colleges and schools.

What group sizes do you handle?+

From small leadership teams to larger groups. Tell us the number: it decides the hotels, the vehicles and how early we need to book, especially in peak season.

How far ahead should we plan?+

Six to eight weeks for most trips. For May, June or the New Year week, or for a large group, start earlier.

Can you book flights or train tickets for the group?+

Flights, yes, on request: we quote the live fares with the land arrangements and confirm them when you approve the plan. Train tickets, no: Indian Railways lets only authorised agents sell them, so your team or travel desk books on IRCTC. We send the train numbers and the day booking opens, and plan the station pickups around them.

Can you arrange a meeting room or conference venue?+

Yes. Hotels in Srinagar, Pahalgam and Gulmarg have meeting rooms and halls; we confirm the room, seating and equipment with the hotel in writing. For larger events we can approach venues such as SKICC in Srinagar, subject to their availability and approval.
