Day by day
Pickup at the airport. A short shikara ride if the lake is open, then a heated hotel or houseboat.
About two hours to Gulmarg; snow boots and jackets can be hired on the way at Tangmarg. Afternoon in the snow.
The gondola to Kongdoori and on to Apharwat when it is running. Snow play, sledging, or a beginner ski lesson on the lower slopes.
Down to Srinagar for the old city in winter, and kahwa in a warm room.
Transfer to the airport.
