Day by day
Pickup at Srinagar airport and a quiet afternoon. Sunset shikara to your houseboat.
The Mughal gardens in the morning, a long lunch, and the floating market or a shikara ride later if everyone is up for it.
An easy drive to the Doodhpathri meadows: a picnic by the Shaliganga river, with ponies for anyone who wants them.
About two hours to Gulmarg. The gondola to Kongdoori, and an evening on the meadow.
A longer day, broken with stops at the saffron fields of Pampore and a cricket-bat workshop. Arrive in the Lidder valley.
The side valleys by local union taxi in the morning; a free afternoon by the river.
About two and a half to three hours to Srinagar airport. We time it to your flight.

It is the longest day, so we break it with stops. Every other drive is two hours or less.
