Gulmarg Day Trip · Meadow of Flowers
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (55 km, ~1.5 hours) at 8,700 ft. Ride the Gulmarg Gondola cable car to Phase 1 Kongdoori and Phase 2 Apharwat Peak. Enjoy snow sports or pony walks, and return to your Srinagar hotel for dinner.

Are day trips to Gulmarg, Sonamarg and Pahalgam feasible from Srinagar?
Yes! Srinagar is centrally positioned in the Kashmir valley. Gulmarg is only 50 km (1.5 hrs), Sonamarg is 80 km (2.5 hrs), and Pahalgam is 90 km (2.5 hrs). Leaving after breakfast gets you to each destination with 5 to 6 hours for sightseeing before returning in time for dinner.
