Pickup from Jammu Railway Station or Airport. Embark on the scenic drive along NH44 through the Chenani-Nashri Tunnel and Navyug Banihal Tunnel into the Kashmir Valley (approx. 250 km, 7–8 hours). Arrive in Srinagar and check into your hotel for a restful evening.

Srinagar Local Sightseeing
Morning visit to Shankaracharya Temple on the hillock offering commanding vistas of Srinagar city. Tour the historic Mughal Gardens along Dal Lake: Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure, built in 1633 by Asif Khan) and Shalimar Bagh. Visit the white marble Hazratbal Shrine by the lake.

Srinagar to Gulmarg Day Trip & Houseboat Stay
Drive to Gulmarg (55 km, ~1.5 hours) at 8,700 ft. Enjoy the world’s highest operating cable car (Gulmarg Gondola) to Kongdoori and Apharwat Peak. Experience optional skiing, snow sledges, or pine forest walks. In the evening, check into a traditional Deluxe Houseboat on Dal Lake for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day trip to Sonamarg (the Meadow of Gold) situated at 2,730 m along the scenic Sindh River (90 km, ~3 hours). Take a local union pony or hike towards the glistening Thajiwas Glacier. Return to your Srinagar hotel for the night.

Srinagar to Doodhpathri Day Excursion
Excursion to Doodhpathri (Valley of Milk, ~50 km / 1.5 hours), a lush alpine bowl surrounded by dense pine groves and rolling pastures through which the frothing Shaliganga River cascades. Return to Srinagar hotel in the evening.

Srinagar to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds)
Drive towards Pahalgam (90 km, ~2.5 hours) via the saffron fields of Pampore and Awantipura temple ruins. Check into your hotel in Pahalgam and explore Betaab Valley, Aru, or riverside walks along the Lidder River.

Pahalgam Direct to Jammu / Katra Drop
Early morning departure southwards directly from Pahalgam to Jammu Railway Station / Airport or Katra (250 km, ~6.5–7.5 hours). By leaving from Pahalgam, you save over 2 hours of travel time compared to returning via Srinagar. Tour concludes with lasting memories.

Yes, our driver can drop you directly in Katra for your Vaishno Devi Darshan at no extra hassle, as Katra is on the return corridor.
How are road conditions between Jammu and Srinagar?
The new four-lane highway with multiple tunnels (including the 8.5 km Navyug Banihal tunnel) has made the journey significantly smoother and faster (typically 6 to 8 hours depending on weather).
