Foreign nationals require special inner-line administrative permissions.

Before you book
Questions on this itinerary.
Can Gurez and Tulail Valley be visited year-round?
No. The 11,672 ft Razdan Pass receives heavy snowfall and is typically closed from November to late April. The prime visiting window is between May and October when the roads are clear, weather is pleasant, and wildflower meadows are in full bloom.
What is the road condition between Srinagar and Gurez?
The route goes through Bandipora and crosses Razdan Pass (approx. 125 km, 5–6 hours). While largely paved, high-altitude alpine weather can create rough patches, so we operate comfortable sedans, Innovas, and Tempo Travellers driven by experienced mountain chauffeurs.
